The beach bungalow / beach villa is situated in the small coastal town of Hikkaduwa on the tropical south coast of Sri Lanka, about 100km south of the capital Colombo and 20 minutes drive from the historic town of Galle.

The Beach House is set just 50-metres from the high tide mark on the pristine beach that stretches along the sweeping Hikkaduwa bay. It is a peaceful 15-minute walk along the beach to the main Hikkaduwa strip, with its island-style beach bars and restaurants, as well as the area’s excellent Hikkaduwa surf spot. The A-frame reef set-up offers some of the best surf in Sri Lanka.

The Beach House is in the perfect location, providing comfortable, quiet, private beach side accommodation, yet easy access to the more lively atmosphere of the Hikkaduwa strip.

The house is fully furnished, has air-conditioning in all rooms and is serviced daily by Chandana, the housekeeper.

Beside chilling at the house or relaxing on the beach there are many things to do in and around Hikkaduwa -- surfing, swimming, scuba diving, kiteboarding, shopping, partying and sipping sundowners in the tropical evening glow as the Sun sets over the sea.

There are easy day trips to the historic city of Galle, ancient Buddhist temples, waterfalls, jungle treks, eco-gardens, lakes, surf spots, silk factories, art shops, turtle sanctuaries and more.
